What happens when I hit my tier limit?
We notify you at 70 % and 100 %. You get 24 h grace; after that Timesact functions pause until you upgrade.
Will you ever charge me automatically?
No. All plan changes are 100 % manual.
If I cancel my subscription do I lose my order history?
No, you can still access your entire history in the app.
Do unused orders roll over?
No. Quotas reset monthly on the 1st in the evening (GMT+0).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can do so in the Account tab in the app by tapping the “Back to Free Plan” button at the bottom.
Is onboarding free on every plan?
