“There’s a problem loading this app”

Cause:

Trying to manage or add Purchase Options through the Product Page in Shopify’s backend.

Solution:

Purchase Option for Timesact correspond to a Selling Plan, as such it can be managed via the app and not through the Purchase Option Manage links.

Click on Apps and from the search bar click on Timesact:
